Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: No, the pantry has a variety of open hours that allow us to accommodate people of many working situations. No appointment is needed.
Q: Is there a lot of paperwork to shop at the pantry?
A: Actually, no. Upon your first visit you fill out a simple form listing your information, and other members of your household. At each subsequent visit we ask that you sign and date the back of the form during check-in. This form is required to be redone once per year, in October.

A: Only one member per household may shop at the pantry. A proxy shopper may be listed for each household should the main person be unable.
Q: What’s your winter weather policy?
A: For the safety of our volunteers and shoppers, if the River Falls Community School District cancels classes, the Food Pantry will be closed. Please check our Facebook page for updates during these winter weather events.
